The firm occupies its own building with 30,000sq. ft. of office space. The staff of over 100 full-time regular employees encompasses the fields of architecture, planning, construction management, civil, structural, environmental, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
CMA is an award-winning firm with a staff that is active in several professional organizations and societies. Its members have authored more than fifty architecture and engineering publications. More than 20 percent of the professional staff hold professional licenses to practice in Puerto Rico, as well as in the states of Florida, US Virgin Island, Chicago, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, and the Dominican Republic. The aggregate value of the construction cost of the projects designed by the firm exceeds 1.2 billion dollars. The staff is bilingual and familiar with American and local construction practices and standards.
