CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & INSPECTION

 

CMA’s Project and Construction Management (PCM) department provides services related to the construction inspection of all types of construction, including earthwork and utilities, buildings, pharmaceutical and other industrial facilities, commercial interiors, hotels, heavy construction, highways, bridges, water/wastewater transmission piping, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.

Also, CMA executes construction inspection of historic renovation projects, museums, recreational facilities, earth dams, tunnels and seaports.

CMA’s knowledgeable and specialized construction inspectors provide complete management and inspection work from the pre-construction stage to the Punch List, acceptance, and start-up of the project. Our inspection staff prepares and maintain construction schedules, review drawings, contract and technical specifications as well as assist project owners in constructability and bid-ability reviews at the pre-construction stage.

During construction, our team involves in a full range of quality control / quality assurance and materials testing activities, including response to requests for information (RFI), management and follow up the submittals review process, care of all construction inspection records and record drawings, completion of project closeout services and full assistance in obtaining the occupancy permit of the project. As part of this controls, our engineers also utilizes the latest construction management software, such as Primavera Contractor® and Microsoft Project®, which increases productivity, provides a standardized method of managing the work and offers real-time cost data that helps you make profitable decisions on your project.
