Engineer José Carro is the recipient of the Professional Distinguished Transportation award 2019 awarded by ITE Section of Puerto Rico. The prize will be presented to him during the Annual Meeting of the Florida & Puerto Rico District of the Institute of Transportation Engineer this Thursday at the Hotel La Concha.
